Occasionally users will receive a blank message from Charlemagne when trying to look up stats. This article will help walk you through how to fix that.

Getting Blank Messages from Charlemagne

If you’re getting a blank message from Charlemagne when you try to run stats, you can fix that in your Discord User Settings.

Open Discord. Click on User Settings (gear symbol) at the bottom left of the screen, by your Discord username:

In your User Settings Menu select Text and Images.

Toggle on Show embeds and preview website links pasted into chat AND use slash commands and preview emoji, mentions, and markdown syntax as you type:

You should be all set to run stats now.
